eSIM
This is not a physical sim card. Once you placed your order, you will receive the QR code from us within 24 hours (except on public holiday or Sunday). Please follow the instructions in the email that you received from us.
NB: It is advisable that after you received the QR code, screenshot the QR code and keep it with you when you travel.
INSTRUCTIONS:
a) Before purchase, please ensure your phone do support eSIM.
b) One (1) eSim only support one (1) device/phone.
c) Once we send out the QR code, there is no return and no refund will be entertained
d) The eSIM will be expired within 30 days from the date of purchase.
e) The eSIM only provide data use only, no local voice call and SMS.
f) Only activate the eSIM when you arrive at the destination country.
g) you must turn on “mobile data” and “data roaming” when you arrive at the destination country.
h) The activation of the eSIM required internet connection, so please make sure the activation at the destination airport by using their wifi.
i) on the day of activation, it is counted as 1 day regardless of the time of activation (based on Malaysia' time, Example: if you activate on 11.30 pm on 15/4/2024 (Malaysia' time), then it is counted as day 1, 16/4/2024 is considered as day 2, etc...
