eSim - we do not entertain any refund once we send out the email containing QR Code. Since the QR code is send by way of email, there is no return issue. physical sim - we do not entertain any refund EXCEPT upon checking a sim card, no activation was done. However, we will deduct the sum of RM5.00 as an administrative and sim card fees.
